		<description>you cant say cal didnt deserve the BCS bid just cause they lost to texas tech...it is the same situation as oregon losing to oklahoma in 2005, neither team wanted to be in that bowl.  Their goal was to make it into the BCS and they were not accepted which gave them no enthusiasm to play in the lower tier bowls which they were assigned to.</description>
